الطريق – ميغيل ديليبس

الطريق: «لقد كان الصوت الصارم للشّعب الصامت»، هذا ما قاله رئيس الوزراء الإسباني خوسيه لويس ثاباتيرو عن ميغيل ديليبس. إنه إحدى الشخصيات العظيمة في الأدب الإسباني في القرن العشرين، الذين ولدوا في فترة ما بعد الحرب الأهلية الإسبانية.

يقرّر والد دانيال، الملقّب بـ«البوم»، أن على ابنه أن يذهب إلى المدينة ليكمل دراسته الثانوية ويسير على طريق التقدم. وبانتظار أن يُتم الـ«بوم» الحادية عشرة من عمره، أي خلال ثلاثة أشهر، سنرى العالم السعيد الذي يعيشه، وسيكون مضطرًا للتخلّي عنه: مغامراته مع أصدقائه -روكي البعر وجيرمان الأقرع- عبر الحقول لاكتشاف الطبيعة وأسرار الحياة والموت وعواطفه الأولى، ومغامراته مع الناس البسطاء في القرية… ذلك العالم الذي ينظر إليه بمزيد من الحنان والغصّة كلما شعر بأنه سيفقده قريبًا.

إن التعاطف الذي تقدّمه لنا تلك النظرة الطفولية إلى القرية، والذي يجعلنا نكتشف مجموعة رائعة من المشاهد التي تظهر لنا دائمًا بوضوح وحيوية وقوة من خلال السمات الكاريكاتورية للأشخاص، هو أحد أعظم نجاحات هذه الرواية.

من خلال الاستحضار المبهج للوقت الذي نلاحظ سحره عندما يتسلل من بين أصابعنا، وبسبب هذا المزج بين الوضوح الواقعي والفكاهة اللطيفة والحنين الخفي، يمكن تصنيف رواية «الطريق» ليس فقط كواحدة من أفضل روايات ميغيل ديليبس، وإنما أيضًا، كما أشار النقاد، كـ«واحدة من روائع السرد المعاصر».
